- Identify opportunities from as early as pre-feasibility stage;
- Consider Opportunities with strong contractual structures, structured project finance and PPP infrastructure investments.

Core focus is Livestock farming “Agribusiness” and Socio-Economic Infrastructure projects.
Engagement with various stakeholders and partners towards de-risking of projects.
Brown or Greenfield opportunities must satisfy critical aspects around livestock and social-economic infrastructure in line with the Funds’ mandates.
Capitalize on immediate and long-term growth opportunities without taking excessive risks. Focus on opportunities that would provide rapid growth potential or proven ability.
Actively managed portfolio with a hands-on approach to improve corporate, financial, operational and strategic management; and
Position portfolio companies for Fund exit by collaborating with management to create appealing acquisition targets for potential investors.

The fund will participate in a wide variety of investment structures and vehicles, including Public-Private-Partnerships (PPP’s) where appropriate.
